Leaf Pattern Design

President

  • Serve as the primary student contact for the student organization and the “external spokesperson”.

  • Prepare the agenda and preside at all BSNA meetings.

  • Oversee all student organization purchase requests.

  • Oversee the process of student organization event planning.

Vice President

  • In the absence of the President, perform the duties of the President or perform duties as requested by the President.

  • Act as parliamentarian of all BSNA meetings.

  • Work with the BSNA Treasurer to prepare the budget.

Secretary

  • Attend all meetings and record the meeting minutes.

  • Monitors, coordinates, and keeps records on the progress of completed tasks by board members for each event held.

  • Creates a shared PowerPoint for Board Meetings.

Treasurer

  • Chair the budget/finance committee (ENGB).

  • Record and maintains all financial reports, receipts, and invoices.

  • Gather all executive committee officers’ budgets.

Public Relations

  • Advertise and promote all events.

  • Maintain and manage BSNA social media account.

  • Upload and take pictures, videos, and all other media to the social platforms.

  • Attend all events and gather material for social media.

Historian

  • Maintain record of all the events sponsored by the BSNA.

  • Maintain and manage the BSNA website with up-to-date information.

  • Submit articles summarizing activities.

  • Maintain the list of current and past semester events.

Community

  • Plan and implement two or more events per semester; Requirements are that one event must be on campus and the other must be outside in the community.

  • Must be present at planned events.

Fundraiser

  • Implement and plan two or more events per semester for raising funds for BSNA.

  • Be present at planned events.

  • Work with the Treasurer for updates on financials and goals needed.
